The idea in the long term is to avoid the collection, transport outside the Ile de Ré and incineration of our food waste .
Kitchen waste, table scraps and expired food products account for almost 30% of our rubbish. Most often this waste is incinerated (or buried). This process is very polluting, and the Grenelle II law aims to eliminate it by 2025.

We would like to help you, through activities and training, to recycle your bio-waste and work to recreate fertile soil on the Ile de Ré.
