Cours d'optimist enfant par Ile de Ré Voile à Saint-Martin

Ile de Ré Voile, the Couarde sur Mer sailing school, welcomes you from April to September on Prises beach.

Children will board a small catamaran (New Cat 12), adapted to their size and level. As a crew of two or three per boat, they will learn the joys of safe navigation on our practice site sheltered from the swell. During these sailing lessons they will discover the different elements of the catamaran as well as the marine environment. They will make their first edges, master the stop and the U-turns then perform various exercises guided by their instructor.
Sailing lessons are given by an instructor certified by the French Sailing Federation (FFV).

Age: 6 to 10 years old.

Level: from beginner to intermediate.

Course day and time: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (change possible during the Easter holidays).
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session.

Equipment provided: shorty suit, life jacket.

Equipment to be provided: swimsuit, windbreaker (k-way type), shoes not afraid of water. This list is not exhaustive and must be adapted to the weather.

Price: 1 session 30 € - 2 sessions 55 € - 3 sessions 80 € - 4 sessions 100 € - 5 sessions 120 €.
