From Monday, September 20, 2021 to Thursday, June 23, 2022 (i.e. 32 weeks excluding holidays and school vacations in zone A - Poitou Charentes):
- Monday: 10:00 to 11:15 a.m.
- Monday : 7:15pm to 8:30pm
- Wednesday : 7:15pm to 8:30pm
- Thursday: 9:30 am to 10:45 am

Annual membership: 20 €, including insurance with MAIF.

Two possible formulas :
- an annual card of 30 sessions, at the rate of 360 €, that is 12 € per session. (possibility of payment in 3x)
- a card of 10 sessions, at the rate of 140 €, that is to say 14 € per session.

All group classes offered in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré are part of the activities of the AMYOGA association, created in 2007, with the objective of studying and transmitting yoga.



INDIVIDUAL CLASSES :
The individually guided practice allows to adapt to the rhythm and specific needs of a person.
50 € / hour (Amyoga members)
60 € / hour (non members)



PRIVATE LESSONS :
For one person, or for several people forming a small group.
It can take place at your home or place of accommodation, at the teacher's home or in the open air when the weather is favorable.

Rates are based on the number of people, the number of hours programmed, the travel. ( 12 to 30 € per person)



YOGA IN THE OPEN AIR AND ON THE BEACH:
The sessions are postponed in case of rain. Please bring a beach towel for the floor postures.

VACATION COURSES ON THE ISLAND OF RE
